Also since this particular cp exam and subsequent rating, in which the only change (which I am very grateful for decision) was the mental rating change from 10 percent to 30 percent, which at the time...

now that you qualify, submit all the evidence and ask for IU...and yes va did hold it against you because you "tried" to work. can't get IU if you work anytime after the claim. no need for anymore...
